Jamieson Place will be 38 storeys tall

EllisDon has been awarded a $235 million Construction Management contract for the Jamieson Place complex in downtown Calgary.
The complex includes a five-level, 240,000 square foot underground parkade and a thirty-eight storey, 920,000 square foot office tower. The lowest three levels contain a retail space, a winter garden and a public space. The structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete clad in curtainwall, granite and metal panels.
Project began January 2007 with completion date December 2009.
