life as an off-ramp for GE5

The driveway to the north parking lot is now closed. The City said the work would be done in about a month & that was at the beginning of July. I'm thinking it will be next spring before they finish. This is all part of the $100 million Glenmore-Elbow-5 street interchange (GE5).
Elbow Park gets traffic calming for their portion of Elbow Drive & we get road widening. Elbow will now be 5 lanes wide instead of 4 lanes outside my condo.
Oh well, at least right now impatient commuters can't short cut through the parking lot. There is a really deep hole out front!
All day long I hear honking on Elbow so I think there must be lots of frustrated drivers.
