the name of the project is Titan and they want to build a 6,000 to 8,000 seat concert hall, hotel, office towers, retail, and condos.
It would be adjacent to the Anderson C-Train station at Anderson Road and Macleod Trail SW

correction to the news article: the building has 12 suites occupied by 20 people

luckily no humans were hurt and....

...everybody could go home after a few hours except for the apartment where the fire was. The residents sat on a city transit bus and the police services bought them coffee from the 7-11 across the street. The apartment where the fire was has been boarded up for the night and a couple of front doors of other suites that were kicked in can hopefully be secured tonight. I stink of smoke.
