This is an interesting development. It used to be the main post office on 9 Ave. SW. A boring bureaucratic looking building from the 1950s, the post office moved out years ago. The developer did not demolish the building, they expanded the building's footprint and built multiple floors on top. The next tower, which is now at the foundation stage, will be much taller. The project was started on spec and the first tower is full leased.The crane on the right of the lower photo is on Bankers Court which is adjacent to Bankers Hall.
