The world is experiencing excess, and things going overboard or being over-the-top because five planets are in Sagittarius -- a sign that works hard and parties hard. Nothing is halfway. Sagittarius always rises to the challenge and plays the long shot. ("You only live once - but if you do it right, once is enough!") This quality of abundance and magnification will manifest even in the weather. It can be good or bad. That's why you feel one area of your life being enlarged or amped.
